Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

We currently ship to the United States and select international locations.

If your country is not available at checkout, this means we are currently unable to ship to your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

From time to time, HeroGlow may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be shown clearly on the website or at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email when available.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number. Sometimes tracking may show limited updates while the package is in transit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

HeroGlow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
